From infrastructure to superstructure, beyond borders.
Eka Saudi Development is a Saudi company headquartered in Riyadh. We work as a contractor in infrastructure and superstructure on projects undertaken for government entities and on behalf of the state, and we also operate in real estate development, building our own projects for sale. We deliver large-scale projects in Riyadh, and continue our work in Türkiye through our two branches, in Istanbul and Ankara.
We see our responsibility not only as building a structure, but as earning the trust of the people who will use it and the institution that receives it. That is why we approach every project with sound planning, open communication and disciplined execution on site. We value continuity over size, and accuracy over speed.

Public and state contracting
On projects carried out for public institutions and agencies, we provide contract-compliant, traceable and transparent project management. The responsible use of public resources underlies every decision we make. We keep communication with the authority open, reporting regular and schedules realistic.

Infrastructure
We build the core service networks that make daily life possible in cities and regions, with durable, easy-to-maintain solutions. In infrastructure works we read site conditions, existing development and the environment carefully, and manage risks before work begins.

Superstructure
In building and structural projects we run every stage under a single management approach, from excavation and foundations to the rough structure, fit-out and turnkey handover. Carrying the intent of the design to the site in full is our first priority on every project.

Real estate development (build-and-sell)
We develop residential and commercial buildings on our own land and projects, managing the process from design and construction through sales to handover. We bring the engineering discipline gained on public projects to every building we offer for sale.
Two countries, one standard
From Riyadh to Türkiye, a global journey.
Our headquarters is in Riyadh, and our company was founded in Saudi Arabia. In Riyadh, a city that is transforming and growing rapidly, we take part in large-scale projects, and we carry the experience gained on them into every new job.
Our two branches in Türkiye, in Istanbul and in Ankara (Çankaya), manage our ongoing work there and strengthen the flow of knowledge, experience and cooperation between the two countries. Working under two different regulatory systems, two climates and two cultures has made us a more careful, more flexible and better-prepared company.
For us, globalization is not only about entering new maps. It means keeping the same quality, the same safety discipline and the same integrity in every new geography. We pursue growth through strong partnerships, local knowledge and commitment to international standards.
